首次征文通知

第五届世界华人不动产学会 (The
Global Chinese Real Estate Congress，GCREC) 年会及城市化与房地产发展国际学术会议将于2013年7月在中国首都北京举行，由北京大学主办。本次会议将为来自世界各地的专家学者、业界人士和政府官员提供一个良好的交流平台, 共同探讨城市化和房地产业发展的最新动态和趋势。为了促进多元化交流, 本次会议设置中文与英文论文研讨专场; 此外, 我们还为博士生增设一个研讨交流会。

本次被接纳的论文将有机会获得优秀论文奖。与此同时，《房地产研究》(GCREC的官方中文学术期刊), Journal of Real Estate Research (美国SSCI检索期刊) 和International Real Estate Review (GCREC及 AsRES的共同官方英文学术期刊) 等国际性学刊的主编们都将参与此次年会, 并将从发表的论文中发掘适合学刊发表的论文。刊物的主编们将会协助这些论文作者加快论文的评审过程。如果您愿意在会议上发表论文 (或担任分组研讨主持人或论文评论人), 请在2013年3月15日之前将论文 (或者摘要) 以及相关资料以电子邮件方式发送至大会邮箱：GCREC2013@gmail.com。

First Call for Papers

The 5^th Annual
Conference of the Global Chinese Real Estate Congress (GCREC) will be held on July, 2013 at Beijing, China. Hosted by
the Peking University,
this Conference will serve as a platform for exchange of ideas among scholars,
practitioners and government officials from all over the world on the frontier research in the
real estate field. To facilitate better exchange among participants, there will
be both Chinese and English paper sessions (including instant translation at
the opening sessions). One special session will be designated for Ph.D.
students to present their dissertations. Papers accepted by the Conference will
be considered for Best Paper Awards.

Editors of the Journal of Real Estate (the official
journal of GCREC, in Chinese), the Journal of Real Estate Research (SSCI
indexed journal) and the International Real Estate Review (the official journal of AsRES and GCREC, in English) will attend
this conference to identify papers for publication consideration. For suitable
papers, the editors will coordinate with the authors to speed up the reviewing process. If you would
like to present a paper (or serve as a discussant or session chair), please
send the paper (or a well-developed abstract) and relevant information to GCREC2013@gmail.combefore March 10, 2013.
