为了鼓励作者将更多优秀论文投稿到IRER，GSSI IRER2022-2023年度继续开展最佳论文评选活动，征文通知如下：

To promote research in real estate and show appreciation for the authors who submit
articles to the International Real Estate Review (IRER), the Global Social Science
Institute (GSSI) has established the GSSI Best Paper Awards for papers published in
IRER since the end of 2018. Four best papers will be selected from the papers
published from Issue 1 of Volume 25 (2022) to Issue 4 of Volume 26 (2023) for the
following GSSI 2022-23 Best Paper Awards:
 1 Gold Award: USD 10,000,
 1 Silver Award: USD 5,000, and
 2 Bronze Awards: USD 2,500 each.
The GSSI 2022-23 Best Paper Awards will be evaluated by the IRER editorial board
members and determined by Editors on the papers published in the above issues of the
International Real Estate Review. Papers affiliated by the Editors and Co-Editors of
IRER shall not be eligible for award consideration. The prize awards will be
announced at the 2024 AsRES Annual Conference.
Established in 1998, IRER has published four issues yearly since 2015. IRER has been
indexed by ABDC, ESCI, EBSCO, Emerging Sources Citation Index (ESCI), Scopus,
and RePEc. It has also been registered with CrossRef since 2020. Each paper is now
assigned a unique DOI.
GSSI, a U.S.-based non-profit organization and the publisher of the IRER, is organized
and operated for educational and charitable purposes. Its objectives are (1) to promote
and conduct education and encourage research that applies academic theory and
empirical analyses in real estate, housing finance, urban economics, and allied areas,
(2) to provide financial support to students pursuing a graduate degree in the social
sciences, and (3) to assist, maintain, and endow the study and research in real estate and
allied areas.
